SWEN connects with various accounting systems (Virga, Jupiter, Task, etc.), eliminating the need for manual invoice submission. The campsite's chart of accounts is uploaded into SWEN, and invoice items are automatically allocated to the correct account.
SWEN also provides detailed accounting reports, such as Cashier Reports, Sales Journals, Outgoing Invoice Books, and Advance Payment Books. Additionally, SWEN integrates with various Gastro systems (Remaris, Config, etc.), allowing the calculation and billing of all guest expenses during checkout.
